Are you looking for new career ideas?

There’s no question that home health care is a growth industry. Just google “fastest-growing careers” in the U.S. marketplace.

Homecare providers who love their jobs say the greatest rewards come from their patients. An attractive feature of homecare is that you can relate one-to-one with your patient rather than caring for groups of patients with little chance to build meaningful rapport.

Who should consider this field?

Our agency is interested in caregivers who have strong social skills, and who demonstrate compassion, professionalism, honesty, initiative and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.

A high level of sensitivity is also required to work successfully in our clients’ homes. You have to take into consideration they have the “home-court advantage” and you have to be respectful of that.

Call us if you are searching for a new career, have home health care experience (PCA, HHA, CNA), or some related experience (nursing student, etc.).

We can be accommodating. Whether you are currently employed, retired, out of the workforce for a while, looking for part-time, full-time, or need to navigate around the family schedule, we may having something that works for you.

A Message from the Owner:

Hello, I am Patty Classen founder and owner of Classen Home Health Associates, Inc.

I believe that it’s the responsibility of all entrepreneurs to create stable quality jobs and to deliver outstanding services or products that your clients or customers deserve.

At the end of the day, long-term-care whether it’s in the hospital, nursing home, adult home assisted-living or in your own home – whether it’s government-funded, ‘private’ pay, for-profit, not-for-profit – all have one element in common. It’s about providing a human being to care for another human being. And when you look at it that way it becomes very clear the responsibility and challenge we welcome!

Successful long-term care, regardless of the venue, depends on one thing and one thing only: finding people that genuinely care about the quality of work they do, and have a passion for helping others.

The reason why my message is on the career opportunity page is because I realize the employees we currently have and the ones we will look to in the future are crucial to the success of providing quality and meaningful long-term care to each client we serve.

Here’s what our employees have to say:

“It’s what keeps me motivated, it’s what makes me happy. I don’t think of it as a job as much as a privilege the relationships that I have made over the years are priceless.”

“I started with Classen Home Health 21 years ago and what is important to me is working with someone who has the same values and work ethics that I do. Over the years we have become a family all working together to achieve the same goal.”
