Our agency is interested in caregivers who have strong social skills, and who demonstrate compassion, professionalism, honesty, initiative and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.

A high level of sensitivity is also required to work successfully in our clients’ homes. You have to take into consideration they have the “home-court advantage” and you have to be respectful of that.

Hello, I am Patty Classen founder and owner of Classen Home Health Associates, Inc.

It’s about providing a human being to care for another human being. And when you look at it that way it becomes very clear the responsibility and challenge we welcome!

Successful long-term care, regardless of the venue, depends on one thing and one thing only: finding people that genuinely care about the quality of work they do, and have a passion for helping others.
